Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By requesting AC repair service from our company, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you don't agree to any part, do not request service. Our service agreement constitutes the entire understanding between customer and service provider.
All terms apply to residential and commercial AC repair services delivered in Miami and surrounding areas. Service is subject to availability and our technician's assessment of the job scope.
Service Authorization
You authorize our technician to enter your property, access your AC system, perform the diagnosed repair, and use necessary tools and equipment. You're responsible for removing pets and securing loose items before appointment time.
Payment & Pricing
Diagnostic fees are quoted before service begins. If you approve repairs, diagnostic fees apply to the final invoice. Pricing for parts and labor is provided in writing before work starts. Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made.
We accept cash, credit cards, and financing through approved third-party lenders. Late payment after 30 days will accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Unpaid invoices may be referred to collections.
Warranty & Guarantees
All parts carry 12-month warranty from installation date. Compressor replacements include extended 5-year warranty. Labor is guaranteed for 12 months—if the same repair fails within this period, we return to re-diagnose and re-repair at no additional labor charge.
Liability Limitations
Our liability for service failures is limited to the cost of repairs performed. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost productivity, business interruption, or damage to surrounding property caused by AC system failure before or after repair.
You maintain hazard insurance on your property and AC system. In case of system failure immediately after repair, you're responsible for emergency cooling measures. We'll investigate root cause at no charge but are not liable for temporary discomfort.
Third-Party Systems
We repair and service AC equipment only. We are not responsible for malfunctioning thermostats, smart home integration failures, or issues with other building systems that interact with your air conditioning.
Property Access & Safety
You're responsible for ensuring safe access to your AC system. Technicians will not move personal items, open locked spaces, or handle valuables. Hazards like broken stairs, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.
Customer Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information about prior service, system history, and any modifications made to your AC. Failure to disclose prior damage or unauthorized modifications may void warranty. You'll provide access as quoted and payment upon completion.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms anytime. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
